Ahhh... the word is "depression". As provided my MC. I guess I'm not the only one who feels so when ill. That constant creeping feeling on the spine, cold sweat sweeping through all the time...
Today, after 15 years of using and remembering my bank account number... I CANNOT recall the number when I wanted to bank in a cheque into my account!!! There was no way I could manage to unlock that part of my memory, or unblock that something that's in the way of my thoughts.
So it is like this when we fall sick, the feeling of hopeless, and life is no meaning kind of feeling.
Lets aim to stay healthy!

Well.. falling ill is a way your body tells you to take a break. It is not all bad. It is also a way to make sure your immune system is in checked and is working ^_^ someone once told me before.
I haven't checked blog for a long time!!! But i am back.. for a short while. hee
