Chocolate Cupcake Carebear Birthday Special

I'd tried to make this as "luxury" as I can since it's a very special occasion - rich chocolate cake with Lindt dark chocolate icing, top with some "fun". Then individually wrapped with gold tissue paper (ok, this "gold" tissue is not gold enough"), gold ribbons (which took me one whole hour to tie!), colour paper lining in a silver box. Hand delivered in a cute bear paper bag.
