Did pump, did step, paid RM10 for parking.
The new pump is tough, but one thing to be grateful perhaps is some of the tracks are still relatively short so you might feel that your life is being spared just when you think you are going to die. Haha...
For me, I was quite surprised that the bottom halves in squat track came so early, sent my heart rate pumping fast straight away. Needless to describe the torture moments that follows, ending with four sets of bottom halves is really no joke man...
Geezzz, I'm glad that the last set in the back track only has two sets of triple deadrows. I seriously thought it's going to end with four sets of those wide grip triple rows and was at the verge of throwing the bar!
My shoulder is in pain...
I had about 2 hour plus of free time before step, when I went down, PT was coincidentally on his way up, so it was catching up with him through exchanging like one sentence, haha... bumped into him again after my step class... It's not easy to bump into people you know, it has to be precise timing.
So, again talking about precise timing, I bumped into Step Teacher at San Francisco, where I went for a quick bite, but she went off shortly since the queue was a bit too long.
It's so great that SSB had time to have tea (lunch for her) with me before she went off. So, besides catching up with her on Indon stories, which consist mad traffics and culture shocks, Malaysian politics, I also told SSB about a very lasting bad first impression towards a member who is now an instructor. First impression is really very important, no matter how nice this guy is now, I'm never going to join his class (unless it is, like one of the passed incidents, "accidentally" joined because he was TT-ing with Hobbes).
By the way, SSB reminded me that it's her birthday this Saturday. Like that also can ar!!?? Haha... EVERYONE, IT'S SSB'S BIRTHDAY THIS SATURDAY, DON'T FORGET. There, let me help you remind everyone.
Anyways, step class was great! I've got a lot of catching up to do too on my step moves, but managed to follow through the class. But the studio at Maxis is seriously stuffy, lack of clean air to breathe and the room made me felt very cluster phobia, maybe since no more mirror (glass window) at front.
Glad that I did two classes but I need to catch up with my workout because I'm seriously growing fat. I need to put myself on a week of sandwich lunch, it always work for me. But, I also do not want to miss lunching out as I do have hidden agenda...

Yeah was great catching up la! Really glad I saw a friend in the Pump class today.
:) :) :)
Yes my birthday 22 March!!
See on Sunday at The Curve launch!! come for RPM ah!! :D
Glad I went for pump lah, was lazt at first and if it wasn't for you, I would have just went in gym later and only do step. :) See you on Sunday, without doing RPM. :p
Pump hard? And this coming from someone who does like 5kg for triceps? -__-;
I must reconsider my weight selection for launch then...
No joke okay gymadd... can feel my arms and legs shaking. But, if you reduce the weights, then it doesn't seem tough enough lah, defeats the purpose wo... hehehe... go with the usual weights go with the usual weights!
This release's triceps you can use MORE than normal. If you use 5kgs, try 6 kgs.. etc.
Biceps focus on speed control ok.
Squats- ADD MORE MORE MORE! otherwise you'll surely curse the release for being too easy la...
This lynnx person so hardcore wan O__O Well did my normal weights in the end...Wanted to save energy for BA and BC leh...but in the end felt like I was cheating myself if I cut down. Hehe. OMG my shoulders on fire during BC pushups man...
Btw...happy birthday to the super-gila hardcore lynnx.
Gymadd: Lynnx HAS to be hardcore lah being the chili padi instructor with super heavy weights. But hehe... having said that, Lynnx, triceps weights... 5kg lahhhh... And dun even try to compete with Lynnx on the level of craziness towards RPM... haha...
Oh, btw, squat add more??? crazy! If I can maintain my 3 classes/week BP schedule, I might add a donut in 2 weeks time. :)
