Geezzz... early morning got asked where's the Monday pump blog. I'm blogging about it now, NOW! It's still "today" ya! Hehe...
Before I start story telling, I must say, this recent Monday pump was... Not tough.
Will anyone kill me if the next class gets super tough? But no worries, it's new release coming up, I have been told it's 3 times, or even 10 times harder than the toughest tracks used in our BP classes these few weeks. So, we will die in BP nevertheless.
I skipped BC on Monday, too much work to do and I was not in the mood to rush for classes. It was madness at work so I need to maintain my "zen" by not committing to hectic gym schedule. Perhaps that's the reason why I found BP that night not as tough - I've got more energy since I did not join BC. Besides, if I skipped BC, I could catch up with my beloved BP teacher before the class (do I sound like arse-kissing here? Hehe...). I nearly wore what Carebear was wearing the other night. But the difference would be mine has no holes in it lah. Haha... And to whoever that missed teacher's announcement during the start of the class, the reason for the very out of norm 3-quarter instead of sexy shorts was to cover the "patches". Hey, hope you are feeling better now.
I love warm up tracks that are without biceps. Hee... I was enjoying myself with the strength I had that night and feeling very jolly, BUT someone must irritate me and spoil my mood. Humph...
The class started with an unoccupied board on my left. Later an auntie (rude or not if I use this description?) came in. It's quite a norm for step boards to do the "bumper to bumper" in such popular class. Fine. Having said that, we members are normally smart (and considerate) enough to adjust our board/ ourselves. But this auntie in question, not only had her board in one straight line with mine (hey, she came late so I should have priority right?!), she had her legs at the same side as me during chest track, EVEN THOUGH there were plenty of space on the other side of her board. Plus, she wasn't facing the instructor. It didn't make any sense to me. As a result, I was really awkward when lying down and getting up from the board, to avoid hitting her with my bar (not that heavy, only 10kgs in total) or stepping on her.
So, to avoid "accident" (I need some momentum to be able to get up from the board right!), during the start of the tricep track, I told her, as courteous as I could, to kindly face the other side since there were really plenty of space. The music must have been too loud and she was not good in reading sign language. Hence, she merely move her board further from mine for like one inch, and continued doing what she was doing. I was in such a bad mood then, maybe that was where I got my energy from.
I'm now suffering from memory lost, I cannot recollect what we did in the class already. But I vaguely remember bicep track being one of the easier tracks, I did not go through the I-am-going-crazy-and-want-to-scream stage. So it couldn't have been so tough. Can we do these kind of tracks more? Haha...
So, that was Monday. I did another BP today and hoping to join Hobbes' on Saturday. So called in preparation for the VERY tough new release.

Oui! Cannot be because I have more energy that night, or I arrr... "improve" already meh? haha... I think it wasn't me lah, ok lah, when you ask the floor after bicep, think they said it wasn't tough right? Ok, next class I'm using donuts for biceps.
