Classic Mini Cupcakes

9 dozens of these were baked for my orphanage visit today.
We were told that there are about 80 plus kids (age 2 to about 26) living in the 2 storey terrace house. Though the huge number, we can see that the kids were taken care of. The place, together with a few more other centres (old folks, community centre, shelter for disable children) were manage by a pastor. We were also being informed that about 25 kids are staying with the pastor at his house. You really need a big heart to be so devoted. And although I'm pretty sure they get quite a lot of support from the public, but you will never have enough when you have more than a hundred kids to support. We didn't contribute that much since we don't really have that much budget, but though our contributions were small, the caretakers had all shown so much gratitude and appreciation.

Hee.. felt great to have done good deeds and knowing that at least you have contributed to the good fo mankind... ok.. going a bit too far here =p
Anyway, our little contribution would probably only last them 2days or most 3.. gosh.. can you imagine how much work is involved to take care so many children?! I really salute the helpers at the centre.

We really should always try to help those who are more unfortunate than us...
